1. Our Policy

At WorkSmiths, we believe in transparency and providing customers with the opportunity to make informed decisions. We offer a 14-day free trial that gives you full access to all features of your chosen plan. This generous trial period is designed to allow you to fully evaluate whether WorkSmiths meets your team's needs before committing to a paid subscription.

Because we provide this comprehensive evaluation period, all paid subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We encourage all users to take full advantage of the trial period before subscribing.

2. Free Trial Details

Our free trial includes:

  • 14 days of full access to all features
  • No credit card required to start
  • Access to both Starter and Professional plan features
  • Full team collaboration capabilities
  • Email support during your trial
  • Your data is preserved for 30 days after trial expiry

Tip: Use your trial period to test all the features you need. Invite team members, create projects, and explore automation rules to ensure WorkSmiths is the right fit for your organization.

3. Subscription Terms

Once you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Billed on the same date each month. Non-refundable.
  • Annual subscriptions: Billed once per year at a 20% discount. Non-refundable.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • When cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • After cancellation, your account switches to read-only mode
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after subscription ends
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access

5. Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: Effective immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund for the remaining higher-tier period.
  • Switching from monthly to annual (or vice versa) creates a new billing cycle

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges due to technical issues on our end
  • Service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors caused by WorkSmiths

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving any billing concerns directly. Accounts with disputed chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
